Blog and Business Resources
THE TOOLS YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Here you will find sites that could benefit you and your business. These simple tools can give you the push you need to help you and your team succeed.
I believe in promoting products I have personally but I also recommend useful tools that my audience could use to start a blog or bring your business online, please check out the below resources.

Evernote
Evernote is no doubt the
number one tool for productivity. Storing valuable notes and transferring them between people and devices has never been easier than with Evernote.
Trello
Trello is a great program for notes and organizing to do lists. Trello is the easy, free, flexible, and visual way to manage your projects and organize anything, trusted by millions of people from all over the world.
Trello is customizable and flexible for your every need , whether it be planning a website design project, planning your next vacation, or organizing to do lists.
Convertkit
The most popular email marketing service is Convertkit because of its ease of use and affordable plans. With Convertkit you can
create email forms for signups, landing pages, and gather subscribers so you can keep in touch with your customers and readers.
Mailerlite
I recently switched to
Mailerlite for my email marketing service. While Convertkit can get expensive for a blogger first starting out, Mailerlite doesn’t charge you until you have over 1000 subscribers giving you plenty of leeway to get established before investing in a more pricier email service.
Not only that but their video resources are catered towards beginners and explains how to set up a campaign in an easy to understand way. I can’t say enough good things about this service.
Namecheap
The first step to any blog is to get a domain name and hosting service. I personally have been a long time customer of Namecheap and use them to purchase many of my domains. The pricing for domains is very cheap and you can always find coupons as well.
I also have experience with Bluehost for hosting. They are a reliable service that is the most recommended hosting service by bloggers. The pricing is low and you can even get your first domain free.
Plans start as low as $3.95/mo with a free domain which is great.

Google Keyword Planner
Google is great because you can look up any keyword and see the traffic for your popular keywords. Use this tool when analyzing your keywords for potential.
SEM Rush
I’ve used semrush before to research keywords. I like it because it shows you the traffic for sites and what keywords they rank for.
Answer the Public
This is a great resource for keyword research and blog post creation ideas. Type in a word or phrase and this tool will pull up a map of related phrases.
Legal Zoom
Just starting out with your new business? Get it registered and let the pros handle it.
Thinkific
Trying to create and sell your own courses? Instead of struggling through the technology of setting up a camera and learning about how to program, leave it up to the professionals. Thinkific is a software platform that enables entrepreneurs to create, market, sell, and deliver their own online courses. Automation for your course creation.
Shopify
While this blog doesn’t focus as much on maintaining a shop, a lot of bloggers and business owners would like to sell products on their site. I have used Shopify with my online shop before and it is great. You can set up a full online store in minutes using the Shopify platform. I would recommend if you are dropshipping to check out integrating your shop with Oberlo which will allow you to drop ship items easily and automate your shop and payments.
